WHAT WE OFFER

We are confident you will love your EVRI order, however we offer a seamless returns/exchange process in the case that you are unhappy with what you ordered.

You will be able to return your order for a refund when items are returned within 14 days of purchase and when items meet our eligibility criteria listed below.

You will be able to return your items for an exchange when items are returned within 30 days of purchase and when items meet our eligibility criteria listed below.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition; meaning unworn, unwashed, no makeup or fake tan stains, no deodorant markings, and no fragrance odours.

All garments must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

We only accept returns for items that were purchased through our official website.

RETURN FOR REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return your order for a refund, you must return all items within 14 days. To receive a refund, items must meet our eligibility criteria. (Listed above).

Shipping fees for your original order will not be refunded. You will be responsible to cover any return shipping fees.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item and are able to provide proof prior to returning, we will cover the return shipping cost.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return your order for an exchange, you must return all items within 30 days. To receive a refund, items must meet our eligibility criteria.

You will be asked to complete a returns form, and be provided with instructions on how to return your order. Depending on stock availability, we will arrange to dispatch the alternate item to you, if however we do not have availability in the item you want, we will give you the option for a refund or store credit.

You will be responsible to cover return shipping fees, with the exemption you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will cover the return shipping cost.

SHIPPING PROCESS FOR RETURNS

When returning for a refund, your shipping fees for your original order will not be refunded.

You will be responsible to cover any return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. EVRI is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.

PROCESSING TIME

Once the returned item/s have been received by our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your exchange to be dispatched or you refund to be processed.

WHAT DO I DO IF I REMOVED THE TAGS?

We don't offer any returns or exchanges in the case that tags have been removed or packaging is not in the original condition.

FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY

You will be eligible for a free return when returning your order for an exchange.

Your original shipping fees will be refunded to your store credit. You will then be responsible to cover the costs to return your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you would like to return or exchange and international order, you will be responsible to cover the shipping fees.
